A quick and easy way to dress up a candle. I punched the black cardstock with my circle punch, and used my crimper to crimp the Pumpkin Pie Cardstock. I stamped and punched Frank out in a jiffy using my circle and scallop punches and tied him on with ribbon. I used the Batty For You stamp set.

Very cute cute candle. These are great because you can always take off the band after Halloween and use it for something else! ;)
